By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below for returns and refunds. Our policy ensures clarity and convenience if you need to return any item.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:  

  • Returns apply only to items that are pristine, unused, and unwashed.  
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned as received.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team.  
  • Returns not conforming to these terms will be denied.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request    
Email your return request including your Order ID and reason for return to havrixzonepvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence    
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach clear photos or videos to expedite the return process.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions    
Upon approval, we’ll provide the necessary steps to complete your return.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. You will be informed of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.  

Partial Refunds  

In cases where the returned item partially meets return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve it quickly.
